When you create an account or place an order we collect: full name, phone number, address, email, and order details. If you pin a delivery point on the map, we store its coordinates to make delivery easier. We collect no banking data, since payment is made in cash on delivery.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to process and deliver your orders, to contact you about order status (email, phone or WhatsApp), and to improve our services. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We share only the necessary information (name, phone, address) with our delivery partner, for delivery purposes only.

4. Cookies

We use browser local storage only to keep your login session and preferred language. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

5. Security

Passwords are stored encrypted and the site is secured with an HTTPS certificate. Access to order data is restricted to administrators.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your data anytime from “My Account”, or request permanent deletion of your account by contacting us.
