1. About
“Atout” is an online platform offering a curated selection of products, delivered by an approved partner within Tunisia.
2. Orders and pricing
Displayed prices are final and include all fees stated on the product page, unless otherwise noted. Atout reserves the right to change prices or availability without prior notice.
3. Delivery and processing times
Within Tunisia, delivery is typically completed in under 24 hours after order confirmation. This may vary by region or circumstances beyond our control.
Order processing policy applied by the supplier:

4. Cash on delivery
Payment is made in cash to the delivery agent. No prior online payment is required.
5. Unboxing video requirement
The customer agrees to film the package without any interruption, from receipt until full verification of conformity. This video is mandatory for any return or exchange in case of damage or mismatch.
6. Return and exchange policy
Customers may request a return or exchange for damaged, incomplete or non-conforming products, provided the above video is available. Please supply convincing evidence with your request; insufficient evidence may lead to rejection.
Order cancellation: you may cancel an order as long as it has not been marked as prepared.
Request window: within 2 business days following delivery.

Return and exchange fees: 100% covered by the supplier for confirmed defective products or wrong items sent. If the customer placed the wrong order, fees are at their expense.
Any updates to this policy take effect after a 2-business-day waiting period.
7. Liability
Atout is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, weather...).
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
